Privacy

The free check runs in your browser. Input drafts may be saved on this device when browser storage is available. When you continue to payment, your contact details and report inputs are stored on our server so we can prepare your report offline. Stripe handles payment information; we do not receive card numbers. Cloudflare provides order storage and Resend handles order acknowledgments. Unpaid orders expire after three days; paid orders are retained in server storage for up to 400 days from the latest order update. Offline preparation files and delivered reports are separate copies. Website measurement

We use Cloudflare to measure steps such as completing a free check, opening a sample, starting an intake and completing a purchase. A random identifier in session storage connects these steps during your visit. We record broad referral categories and package choices, not the figures you enter, contact details or report-access links. Optional journey measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Event data is retained by Cloudflare Analytics Engine for up to three months. If you place an order, its referral category and visit identifier may be retained with the order under the retention period above.

We also use the Google Ads tag to measure completed free checks, checkout starts and verified purchases. Google may use cookies and ad-click identifiers to connect these actions to an ad interaction. Purchase events include the order reference, amount paid and currency. We do not send contact details, reserve-study figures or private order-access credentials in these events. Enhanced conversions and ad personalization are disabled. This optional measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. You can also turn off optional measurement for this browser tab.
